    On first impressions as you enter it is just gorgeous however as soon as we entered the "cellar door" it all fell apart! You truly just feel like a number here. There are so much staff but noone comes near you they all all just darting around the place looking quite pompous like you have inconvenienced them. When we asked if we could dine at the "cellar door " we were told they dont take bookings and we would just need to wait. Then we found out from another "very busy" waitress that there is a list of people waiting... The wine tasting is out of place where it is located and one person was conducting the tasting and was clearly under pressure with so much trade. Wines are lovely but i feel they need to really segregate the two experiences with an emphasis on making it more of an experience for customers. We then went to the restaurant where again people entered and had no direction from staff as they darted by with a lack of customer service. We were seated then just left for a good 20 mins before even being offered a drink. Food was good but not incredible. This place has such potential but i feel they have made it to commercial and loose the essence of the highlands feel. Dissapointing experience!
